Books: Picking up a book is an easy way to take an inexpensive vacation. I fall asleep with a minimum of 4 books in my bed! I've read about many things, from Jane Austen to Zoology. With gas prices at an all time high, I'll be taking some frequent trips in the form of hardcovers!

Movies: Playing By Heart, In The Land Of Women,Love Jones, Shrek I, II &; III, The Rock,300,3:10 to Yuma(the orginal version),Full Metal Jacket,Convoy,Crash,Mona Lisa Smile,Ride Lonesome,The Long Hot Summer,Jersey Girl, Steel Magnolias,Fried Green Tomatoes,Tombstone, Pride &; Prejudice,The Long Kiss Goodnight,The Notebook, An Officer And A Gentleman,The Color Purple,Dissappearing Acts,What's Love Got To Do With It,Soul Food, The Passion Of The Christ,and all of Tyler Perry's movies!Television I love OZ,Mad Men, Private Practice,Grey's Anatomy,The Daily Show, Flipping Out, Touched By An Angel, Army Wives,The Tudors, The Colbert Report,The Food Network, Chelsea Lately, The Soup, Westerns and documentaries. TV is just like the music industry........It's absolutly maddening! I'm screamin at the top of my lungs! Give me a FREAKING break ALREADY isn't this the same mind numbing useless repetitive crap playing on the other 500 channels?

Music: Once upon a time all a real singer needed was a mic, a stool,a white terry cloth towel,and a glass of water, and you were doing the doggone thang! I want those days back when I can listen to an entire CD with nothing but pure unadulterated orgasmic earth-shattering joy! All I can say now is that I could've had a V-8!

Hobbies: I'm one of few women in need of more space NOT for clothes or shoes but for my cds and books. A writer at heart, I'm usually tucked away in Starbucks armed with a Venti Cinammon Dolce latte, and plenty of my thoughts waiting to be released on paper. My longest journey has been inward. Now I just WRITE OUT LOUD what I've discovered during my travels!
