Dec 5, 2008 - Kudos, I've been searching everyday for the true DVD version of this.

Dec 5, 2008 - Hmm. I love Dave, but his vocals here aren't great - too screamy - which is fine for his own material, but on Zep, it just doesn't sound right. Neither do Taylor's drums sound right. However, Taylor's vocals on Rock and Roll, and Dave's drums on that song, sounded damn good.
EccentricRichard Says:
Dec 5, 2008 - LOL @ Dave headbanging and air-drumming while looking at Taylor near the end! Almost like he's telling Taylor how to play it - if I were Taylor, I'd give him the finger and do it how I like, though Dave's advice would probably be worth following anyway.

Dec 5, 2008 - dude ur right about taylor singing rock n roll and dave drumming for it but this is just as good if not better daves voice is fine for it... this is probly been a dream since he was a kid for dave so yeah i think its fuking awesome for both of em

Dec 5, 2008 - I really admire Dave during the Nirvana years and during early Foo Fighters era (1995-1999). He was really good that time. The lasts Foo Fighters albums are a bunch of SHIT. I don't know, he became a boring rock n' roll star. Looks like he doesn't care at all for what he did on Nirvana, but was the best thing he did in his entire life. And looks like he doesn't care for Kurt at all, but if wasn't for Kurt (and Krist), he still would be playing in a garage punk rock band.
Voodoo84Child Says:
Dec 5, 2008 - Anyway, this jam with Jimmy Page and John Paul Jones was really great. "Ramble On" was cool, but "Rock and Roll" was absolutely awesome... after all, he did what he knows best: drumming. Even thinking that Foo Fighters from 2000 to present is a kind of shit, playing with Led Zep marks a fucking great happening for the Foos.

Dec 5, 2008 - Prefiero a Robert Plant pero Dave Grohl igual lo hace increible. But gollum and the evil one crept up and slipped away with her her her... yeeaaahhh!!!Excelente!!
sharty5000 Says:
Dec 5, 2008 - are you stupid? im amazed that he can still stand after putting on a show like that before this song, the entire concert was inane
epiphonevester Says:
Dec 5, 2008 - he isnt an old man you know, standing up should be the least of his worries
sharty5000 Says:

jakb270 Says:
Dec 5, 2008 - bullshit he was telling taylor what to do...hes just lost without something in his hands while singing be it a guitar or drum sticks, hes not used to it, just look at the solo not only do foos rarely have a real solo like this but any time they do hes either playing the solo or playing rhythm along to it hes never had nothing to do during a solo...this may be the first song hes ever done live where he JUST sang...
Heitoo Says:
Dec 5, 2008 - you really think dave is not thinking about kurt? your fucking wrong dude! nirvana was a good band, sure BUT kurt is dead nirvana dont exist so dont look back man! foo fighters are much better than nirvana was! when kurt wont be dead nirvane maybe would be the best band on the world but maybe NOT! so fuck you in your head an shut the fuck off! foo fighters are brilliant!
punk91 Says:
Dec 5, 2008 - I don't know. You're right the last 2 foo albums were horrible, 1x1 was my last favorite anyway. But to say he forgot about Kurt is wrong. Dave and the rest of the band for that matter just want to be looked upon on their own merits instead of people always comparing them to Nirvana. Dave's been there and done that. Nirvana was punk Foo are rock give the man a chance he's also not 22 anymore. He's a 40 something yr old man. It's also cool to see Dave play with two people he had dreams about!!!
jasbenard Says:
Dec 5, 2008 - I love foo fighters and all, but Dave butchered that song.
ibboco Says:
Dec 5, 2008 - who cares if he still thinks about Kurt? all we should care about is that he formed the Foo Fighters, and they FUCKIN ROCK!
skins555 Says:
Dec 5, 2008 - This is an awesome performance! Even though Grohl missed a couple cues and fudged the lyrics. That's fuckin Rock!
NotSoUniversal Says:
Dec 5, 2008 - totally fucked up the lyrics......and can he not sing? why does he scream the whole damn thing
mgibson0083 Says:
Dec 5, 2008 - Because it's damn hard to match the pitches that Robert Plant could hit.
moogooshupoop Says:
Dec 5, 2008 - anybody ever notice that he's dancing like Ozzy?Maybe the acid and pot is catching up to ole' dischord dave..but i think it fucking rocks balls!
2010lse Says:
Dec 5, 2008 - not like he's trying to sound like plant, he sings the way dave sings, and i'd say it works. pre big crowd
achillesheelband Says:
Dec 5, 2008 - yeah
